The best thing ... as simple as it sounds ... is to eat as much fruits and veggies as you can, while cutting back - or eliminating - empty, junk calories.

It really does make a difference.

As far as supplementation...

I like Jay Robb&#039;s egg white protein drink mix. I have that as part of a morning smoothie on most days.

There&#039;s a couple green drink mixes that I like which don&#039;t really taste &quot;green&quot; (if you know what I mean).

One is called &quot;The Feast&quot;. I get that from my chiropractor. (I prefer the &quot;unleaded&quot; or &quot;Caffeine-free&quot; version. But that&#039;s just me.)

The other is made by &quot;Earth&#039;s Promise&quot;. I get that at my local health food store. (They have a lot of different flavors.)

I&#039;m a BIG fan of Jarrow Formula&#039;s Q-Absorb CoQ10. (I take 100mg, but I have friends who take more than that.)

I take other supplements, but my newest fave is the new Energy product from HFL. I&#039;ve never been much for energy products because I&#039;m not a stimulant person, but this doesn&#039;t have caffeine or anything like.

I guess the best way to describe it is that it makes me feel well-rested thru the day and my mind doesn&#039;t get as cloudy in the afternoon.
